Bikini waxing In Doha, Qatar can be a scary topic to ask questions about!
At Ahazij Beauty Center, we realize how you may have a lot of questions about it but have been to shy to ask them. So, we took it upon us to give you a better understanding of what it is and why you need it!!
Being one of the best beauty center in Doha, we do get a lot of questions about Bikini waxes, so here are the answers to it:
- SHOULD I GET IT AT HOME OR SHOULD I VISIT A PARLOUR TO GET IT DONE?
If one is new to bikini waxing, we would recommend going to a Parlour for professional work. Visiting a Salon would mean a total and hassle-free experience. In the Salon, only the right equipment and quality products would be used unto the clients, being done by well-trained waxing specialists. They will also provide all the information you need to know about the service as well as the Before-and-After Care.
- WHAT PREPARATION SHOULD YOU DO BEFORE GETTING A WAX?
Do not try to reduce the hair by trimming or shaving before waxing. Make sure to visit the toilet before the service starts, clean the area with water, and don’t forget to bring or wear breathable underwear that you can use when the service is done.
- WHAT IS THE MOST POPULAR BIKINI WAX?
BRAZILLIAN WAX is the most requested wax of the Four Intimate Services we offer. This popular wax removes all the hair in the intimate area from front to back. You need not to worry, though. Everyone’s modesty is kept and protected in our Salon.
- How much a bikini wax will hurt?
For the first timers, it will hurt depends on the strength of the hair growth. But after sessions, everyone can say, the more you wax the less painful the experience will be. It’s true that the first wax isn’t everyone’s favourite, but once you get used to it, it will be totally worth it and gets much easier the next time around.
Waxing is a form of semi-permanent hair removal which removes the hair directly form the roots – meaning each removal weakens the hair growth cycle.
- HOW FAR IN ADVANCE OF A HOLIDAY SHOULD YOU GET A WAX?
One should schedule her bikini wax session at least 2-3 days before the expected holiday, like going to the beach or staying long under the sun, because the newly-waxed bikini area should be refrained from the salt water and be exposed to too much heat for it will cause irritation and/or redness.
- HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU GET A WAX?
When you become a regular waxing client, you can be hair free for 2-3 weeks on average. Then you need to at least ½ cm in the length for us to give you Super Smooth Finish. If the hair is too long, the hair will detach itself from the root and another hair will start growing so the result won’t last as long.
- WHAT TO DO AND NOT TO DO WHEN GETTING A BIKINI WAX? (I PARAPHRASED THE QUESTION)
Don’t shave and don’t apply cream or any product on the bikini area. I know it may sound like given, but don’t feel like you need to tame any hair, we’ll take care of everything for you. Also, we would advise to book your session before or after your period cycle, to avoid experiencing more than the usual heat and pain during that time of the month. Furthermore, when getting a wax, one should not engage in a sweat-inducing activity right after the session as well as refrain from direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours.
- ANYTHING ELSE IMPORTANT YOU SHOULD KNOW? (TIPS)
- The first trimester of pregnancy is a no-no! At this time, hypersensitivity and lots of hormonal changes are taking place.
- Once you decide to do bikini waxing, you must do it continuously for better and longer results.
